Manuel Daliz

Operations Manager

Manny was most recently the Director of Operations for a 31-unit fresh salad QSR, overseeing all aspects of operations across NYC, Chicago and Philadelphia.  He has spent his entire life in the food business starting as a dishwasher for a food truck at 12 years old, and spent the next 10 years working on the truck understanding the business.  Manny has worked for multiple concepts in New York, and has extensive experience in people, training, R&D, hiring, and new store openings.
